Mehki John Richards-Buckle is the Founder, Executive Director and Chair of SWTrains Limited. He brings over five years of experience in the rail industry, rail travel, and community engagement, with an extensive background in the UK rail network and established links within railway communities.

As Executive Director, Mehki provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the business. He is responsible for defining the company’s vision, directing project delivery, and ensuring that SWTrains’ outputs achieve the highest standards of accuracy, authenticity, and quality.

Mehki works in close collaboration with transport operators, local authorities, and partner organisations to ensure SWTrains contributes to both the rail simulation sector and wider community initiatives. His leadership reflects a strong commitment to innovation, integrity, and social value, with a particular focus on mental health awareness, rail safety, and meaningful public engagement.
